Cranberry Orange Cinnamon Infused Vodka

Great as gifts! The better quality vodka you use, the better the end results will be. Remove the fruit after 7 days of infusion or else it will start to ferment and you don't want that. Really yummy mixed 2 parts ginger beer 1 part vodka and 1 part each of cranberry and orange juice!

navel oranges

5 stick

Cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash cranberries and add a handful to each jar

* Step 2

Peel large chunks of orange rind (just the orange part) and place three or four pieces in each jar

* Step 3

Place one stick of cinnamon in each jar

* Step 4

Pour vodka into jars

* Step 5

Cover tightly with lids and store in a cool dry place for up to a week

* Step 6

Shake once or twice a day to help speed the infusion process
