Toast the whole wheat bread in the oven.

Crack the egg in to a small bowl. Pierce the egg yolk with fork. Microwave the egg for 1-1.5 min. Check the doneness.

Prepare ingredients for avocado paste.
* Step 4
In a small bowl, smash avocado with fork. Add salt, pepper add lime juice. Mix well.
* Step 5
Spread avocado on toasted whole wheat bread, topped with egg. Season with salt and pepper.
