Korean beef sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread butter on both sides of the bread and toast. Set aside.
* Step 2
Spread dijon mustard on one side and top with vegetables.
* Step 3
In a nonstick saucepan, add mirin, dashi and soy sauce. Bring it to boil. Add beef belly sliced. Sprinkle black pepper on one side. Cook for 10-15 sec. Flip to the other side and do the same. When the beef is no longer pink, turn off the heat.
* Step 4
Put the beef on your sandwich and enjoy your meal.
