Thai Hot and spicy mackerel stew
In Eastern Thailand, mackerel is one of the most common fish to catch. There’re a lot of Thai’s popular recipes made from mackerel, such as, Hot and sour mackerel soup(Mackeral Tom Yum), Fried mackerel with Thai spicy shrimp paste, Fried mackerel in red curry, and so on.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Bring a nonstick saucepan, heat vegetable oil with medium heat. Add garlic, black pepper, chili and galangal. Cook for 1-2 min until they become fragrant.
* Step 3
Add water and season with oyster sauce and Knorr pork flavor seasoning. Bring it to boil. When the water is at its boiling point, add mackerel and. Let it simmer for 8-10 min. Turn off the heat.
* Step 4
Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with coriander’s leaf just before serving.
