Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Season skin side salmon with salt

* Step 2

Bring a nonstick saucepan, turn on medium heat. Start with skin-side down. Cook for 5-6 min then flip to the other side and cook for another 2 min. Turn the heat down. Remove excess oil. Glaze all salmon sides with teriyaki sauce. Transfer to a plate. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Season the steamed rice with vinegar, salt and sugar. Sprinkle Furikake on top.
