Kimchi beef stew(Kimchi-jiigae)

Kimchi beef stew(Kimchi-jiigae)

One of my favorite easy kimchi recipe. I suggest you to make-ahead and serve the next day.

Ingredient

150 g

Kimchi

1 tbsp

Sesame oil

Pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare and cook a night before serving.

* Step 2

In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients except tofu and beef. Turn on medium heat. Cover and cook for 10-15 min.

* Step 3

Add kinu tofu and beef ontop. Cover and cook for another 10 min. Note : if you want to make it spicier, add Korean chilli powder.

Serve with warm steamed rice.
