I’ve always been suffering from lactose intolerance and constipation since I can remember. As time passes, it seems to get worse. One day, I realize that I eat less fiber when compare to my companions. So, I’ve set goal to eat fruits everyday. Smoothie is the solution of choice. It takes very little effort to make and ready to eat. Moreover, I can create flavor of my choice by combining favorite seasonal fruits, as well as preventing nutrients loss.
