Pork rib soup with daikon

In my childhood, my mom used to make this recipe for the whole family. Personally, I love the scent and soft texture of daikon. Also, the flavour of dried mushroom soup goes well with pork broth.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pot or a large saucepan, add pork ribs and water. Simmer with low-to-medium heat for 20-30 min. Use a fine mesh sieve to skim foam and fat.

* Step 2

Add chopped daikon, mushroom, garlic cloves, coriander roots, black pepper, soy sauce.

* Step 3

Cook until the daikon turn soft and translucent(around 30 min). Add salt to taste.

* Step 4

Serve with steamed rice.
