Cooking instructions

* Step 1

peel onions and chop into chunks

* Step 2

do the same with the potatoes

* Step 3

make the roux for soup by melting the butter in the soup pot,once melted add flour and stir to sandy texture.

* Step 4

add in the onions and cook until sweated, then add the potatoes and water season and cook potatoes for 10-15 mins

* Step 5

after 15 Mins add in the smoked haddock and cook for further 10 mins

* Step 6

serve
