Salad with smoked haddock, avocado and radish
Surprisingly fresh, light, beautiful and hearty salad. Other fish can be taken, but Haddock does not interrupt the taste of other ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Smoked haddock, cut into small slices and quickly fry over high heat. One minute on each side. In a minimum amount of vegetable oil.
* Step 2
Arrange lettuce leaves on a flat dish. Sliced cucumber and sweet peppers on top. Halves of tomatoes.
* Step 3
Remove the pit and skin from the avocado. Cut into small slices. Radish slices. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
* Step 5
Mix all ingredients for dressing. Focus on your taste.
* Step 6
Drizzle salad, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
