Cheesy red pesto egg toasties
Really simple lunchtime meal with plenty of protein and healthy fats.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toast the toast for as long as you want, the toasties can be grilled later if wanted too.
* Step 2
Fry the eggs in a pan of oil.
* Step 3
Add cheese, egg, black pepper and half the red pesto to the toast.
* Step 4
If you have an oven grill or toastie maker, grill to make extra crispy and enjoy.
