Chilla or Cheela is basically a savoury or sweet Indian Pancakes , made with various kinds of lentils and cereal grain flours. Chilla is made with un-leavened (not fermented) batter, and considered to be healthy and safe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grin rolled oats and semolina in a grinder jar to smooth power. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add half a cup of water to make the batter. More water can be used if required. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Chop coriander leaves, green chillies and take 1 Tbsp lemo juice in a bowl.
* Step 3
After 30 minutes add cumin seeds and ginger powder to the batter.
* Step 4
Add gram flour/besan to the batter and mix well. Add water if required to prepare the batter.
* Step 5
Now add chopped veggies, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt. Mix nicely the chill batter.
* Step 6
Heat a flat pan. Grease with oil. Pour and spread the chilla batter. Cover and cook both the sides on medium to low flame.
* Step 7
The delicious Oats Veggies Chillas are ready to serve with roasted sesame seeds and groundnut powder and homemade mango pickle. Thanks.
