Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients required for baking the Doughnut.
* Step 2
Mix chopped bananas, khajoor, millet flour, rice flour and jackfruit flour and Nolen gurh in a bowl. Add the required quantity of milk a little at a time to prepare the batter.
* Step 3
Now add custard powder and salt as well as the masala powders mentioned above. Add curd and mix well. Rest the doughnut batter.
* Step 4
In the meantime grease and prepare the doughnut baking pan. Heat pan with cover on low flame.
* Step 5
Add doughnut batter to baking pan. Spread the chopped dry fruits. Bake on low flame. It takes 30 minutes. Allow to cool down naturally. Garnish with dry Cranberries and serve. Njoy. Thanks 😊
