Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take masala oats in a pot. Add rice flour and semolina/ sooji. Mix them and add water as mentioned above.
* Step 2
Further, mix cumin seeds, fennel seeds and Chia seeds. Mix well and rest for 10 minutes to the oats batter. Add the eno fruit salt and mix well with the batter.
* Step 3
Grease the holes of the Paniyaram pot with required oil and after ten minutes pour the oats batter in each hole. Garnish with white sesame seeds.
* Step 4
Cover and cook on low flame, both the sides of Oats, Chia seeds Paniyaram. Serve as such or with pickle or chutney.
