Quinoa Flour Jaggery Ladoos

8 medium size ize Ladoos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange the ingredients.
Grind quinoa to powder.
* Step 2
In a pan add a Tsp of ghee and roast cashews and raisins till golden. Chop cashews. Broken cashews can be used.
* Step 3
Roast quinoa flour and almond flour till nutty flavour or smell emanates.Set aside.
* Step 4
Add jaggery powder cardamom powder and mix well with quinoa and almond flour.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame. Bring down the skillet. Add milk little at a time.
* Step 6
Bind the ladoos taking in the palm and pressed lightly. Garnish quinoa ladoos with dried cranberries and serve.
