Pumpkin flower cutlets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash the pumpkin flowers as shown in picture. Boil the potato and pumpkin chunks along with pumpkin flowers.
* Step 2
I have used a microwave oven for the easy boiled vegetables and pumpkin flowers with less water.
* Step 5
Mash the boiled ingredients. Add salt, turmeric powder, home made masala powder, rice flour and besan. Mix also chopped onions, garlic and green chilli. Add chopped green coriander leaves.
* Step 6
Make cutlets as per choice. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Shallow fry the pumpkin flowers and veggies cutlets on medium to low flame, both the sides till the Cutlets are crispy and aromatic. Serve hot and enjoy.
