Veggie Mini Chillas With Mixed Bran Flour

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix the required amount of water and curd with the mixed Bran flours. Also add salt, curry masala too.
* Step 3
Then mix the Sprouts and chopped vegetables. Mix well and rest bran flours veggies batter covered for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Grease the pan with butter or vegetable oil. Place the bran, veggies batter. Cook covy, on medium to low flame, both the sides of chillas.
* Step 5
Garnish with sesame seeds and moong sprouts and serve with tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
