Nendran banana Appam

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients.
* Step 2
Mash the two bananas. Take ragi flour, rice flour, grated coconut, mashed bananas, jaggery powder and salt. Mix well. Add coconut
milk as required to make a thick batter.
* Step 4
Add sesame seeds, chopped almonds, fennel seeds and 1 Tbsp ghee. Mix well to avoid lumps.
* Step 5
Grease the Appam patra with ghee and or oil. Drop the batter in each hole.
* Step 6
Cover and cook on low flame. Cook both sides. Garnish with chopped cranberry fruit and serve.
