Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange the ingredients.In a pressure cooker heat ghee in low flame. Roast sprouts for a minute.
* Step 2
Add warm water, coconut powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, jaggery and salt. Allow to boil. Pressure cook for one whistle and allow to cool naturally.
* Step 3
Garnish with tukda cashews and serve with dahi brinjal recipe.
