Lehsuniya Kalmi Saag

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop the saag. Soak the roasted daal in water.
* Step 2
Boil daal until half done. Add chopped saag and cook till done
* Step 3
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add and crackle the mustard seeds. Add chopped onion, garlic and green chilli. Saute till onions are translucent and garlic aromatic.
* Step 4
Now add dry red chilli, tomatoes and salt. Add saag and moong with 1 Tbsp water. Cook for one minute.
* Step 5
Serve the hot and delicious Kalamba saag as a side dish with steamed rice.
