Aloo Gobhi Matar/ Potato Cauliflower Green Peas Dry Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Heat oil and splutter ponch phutan.
* Step 2
Fry chopped onion and garlic. Add and saute whole garam masala on low flame till aromatic and onions become translucent.
* Step 3
Mix chopped tomatoes, ginger powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, chilli powder and kasoori methi leaves.
* Step 4
Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and add 2 Tbsp water. Cook till tomatoes are softer.
* Step 5
Now add cauliflower florets, chopper potatoes and green peas, mix well and cook covered till done.
