Cabbage Dry Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a wider wok. Add ponch phutan and let them splutter. Mix chopped onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the rawness is gone.
* Step 2
Now mix chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Mix well with masala.
* Step 3
Then add salt, turmeric powder, green peas and chopped potatoes. Combine well with masala.
* Step 4
Now add the chopped cabbage and garam masala powder. Mix well, cover and cook on low flame, without adding water.
* Step 5
When the cabbage curry is done,a beautiful aroma comes. Relish the healthy and tasty dry cabbage curry with steamed Rice/ Poori/Paratha.
