Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the boiling water to the fish and prawns and peas also add seasoning in a pan bring to the boil turn low add lid for 5 minutes steaming

Add the potatoes to boil

Add 2 eggs and boil until hard 3- 4 minutes

Take the lid off the fish mix and drain some of the liquid off, then add back to heat for 2 minutes

Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Add a little oil to grease the ovendish 9 inch in diameter.

Add the sauce mix to the fish turn over to mix gently then add to the ovendish

Cool the eggs then peel shell off and cut into thin slices, and add the egg slices on top of the fish.

Next mash the potatoes on a tsp butter and tbls cream and mash until all creamy and no lumps.

Add the potatoes all over the top of the eggs then with the back of a tbls smooth out all over then prick with a fork so bits stick up all over

Next grate about 3 tbls Red chedder cheese all over the top.

Next add to preheated oven 200ยฐC for just 10 minutes just to warm up the fish. Then take out and add under the grill to crisp up the mash
