Little Millet (Sama Rice) Milk Pudding / Kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the millet more than two times, to remove dirt. It's not necessary to soak the little millet in water
* Step 2
Boil 2.5-3 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt, the millet and cook in medium flame till water is nearly absorbed.
* Step 3
Add the milk now. Allow to boil. White the milk is reduced to half, add date palm jaggery and mix well.
* Step 4
Next add mixed dry fruits and nuts, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and nutmeg powder. Mix well. A creamy and rich kheer is ready now. When cool down, the kheer thickens and become more delicious.
