Raw Papaya And Makhana Mithai

rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a Tsp ghee and fry grated papaya with a pinch rock salt on medium to low flame till golden brown.

* Step 2

Roast the Foxnuts on low flame till crispy. Grind to powder when cool down. Finely chopped pista, cashews and almonds

* Step 3

Heat rest ghee and add jaggery. Allow melt on low flame. Add dry ginger powder and cinnamon powder, mix well.

* Step 4

Then mix fried raw papaya and makhana powder. Mix continuously on low flame till a mass is formed. Add grated dry fruits. Allow to cool down.

* Step 5

Make balls, flatten them and coat with desiccated coconut. This pak can be stored for 4-5 days.
