Aloo paratha with Dahi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix well the dry ingredients of wheat flour. Add water little at a time and make a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Divide the potato masala filling to make stuffing flat balls.
* Step 3
Make flat balls of wheat flour dough larger than stuffing. Insert stuffing and close the dough from outside as shown in picture.
* Step 4
Roll out the Parathas. Roast both sides on medium to low flame, spreading ghee.
