Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add both chana dal and Urad dal and saute on low flame.
* Step 2
Add cashews, curry leaves, onion, and chili. Fry them.
* Step 3
Now mix chopped veggies, tomatoes, salt, sugar, and turmeric powder.
* Step 4
Add 2.5 bowls of water, Cover, and allow to boil. Slow down the flame and add roasted sooji stirring continuously to avoid lumps formation. Add the ghee.
* Step 5
Semolina absorbs water and Upma is prepared. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve your family with sprouted green moong and apple.
