Wheat Dahlia Laddu is healthy and delicious sweet , which can be made easily at home. This ladoos can be given to children in their lunch box.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and heat it. Put dahlia and roast constantly for 10- 12 minutes on medium flame. The dahlia becomes crispy and colour changes to brown.
* Step 2
Remove the dahlia to a plate. Add jaggery to the same pan.
* Step 3
When jaggery starts melting add two Tsp ghee. Keep the flame slow. Don't add water.
* Step 4
Add dry fruits and roasted dahlia. Mix well and cook for two minutes on low flame.
* Step 5
Bring down to a plate. When still tolerably warm, start making Dahlia Laddu. Can be stored in a jar upto three months.
