* Step 1
Heat butter and add ponch phutana and allow to splutter.
* Step 2
Add the chopped onions and chopped garlic and green chilli
* Step 3
Add the veggies, peas and veggies and cook till done.
* Step 4
Add the chopped spinach and salt as well as masala. Cook till done. Garnier with green chilli and serve.
