Palak and Veggies Curry

Palak and Veggies Curry recipe is a healthy and tasty recipes mostly in Delhi and North India.l have taken available veggies and a bunch of fresh palak/Spinach with spices. This curry is delicious and goes well with Roti and Rice #CR #AVM @FoodTalking

Ingredient

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter and add ponch phutana and allow to splutter.

Add the chopped onions and chopped garlic and green chilli

Add the veggies, peas and veggies and cook till done.

* Step 4

Add the chopped spinach and salt as well as masala. Cook till done. Garnier with green chilli and serve.
