* Step 1
Make the paste of soaked cashew
* Step 2
Fry the chopped paneer to light brown.
* Step 3
Dry roast kasoori methi and make powder.
* Step 4
Make the onion, ginger, masala, chili powder in, and tomato paste
* Step 5
Heat oil and butter. Add ponch phutane and allow to crackle
* Step 6
Cook the masala, and cashew paste on low heat. Add the paneer and cream. paneer
* Step 7
The delicious Paneer cashew paste curry is ready to be served with Rice and Roti. Garnier with chopped coriander leaves and kasoori methi powder.
