rice flour

Semolina

1/2 Tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients. Add the baking powder at the end and mix well with a light hand in one direction.

Grease Idlis making holes with oil. Place two Tbsp batter in each hole.

* Step 3

Steam the batter for 10 minutes to get the soft, fluffy, and spicy Idlis. Serve with sweet red chili chutney.
