Baked Button Mushrooms With Tempering

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash mushrooms. Coat them with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep covered ror 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Bake in microwave oven for 4 minutes.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Add ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Mix chopped green chillies and minced garlic.
* Step 4
When garlic change colour and aromatic, add the baked mushrooms.
* Step 5
Add chickpea flour and rice flour and coat well on mushrooms. Saute for a minute on low flame to make they crispy.
* Step 6
Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve as a starter.
