Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind together the ingredients like cumin seeds, garlic cloves, coconut, turmeric powder, chilli powder and green chilli.
* Step 2
Now heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add grated beets and saute lightly. Add ground spices paste, salt and little water.
* Step 3
Cook covered, on medium heat till done and water evaporated. Relish the traditional flavoureful dish.
