Small Fish Masala Fry

Ingredient

200 grams

small fish

1/3 tsp

salt

2 tsp

cornflour

1/4 tsp

sugar

1 tsp

oil

3 Tbsp

Mustard oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First clean and wash the fish. Dry them under the fan.

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients carefully with a light hand. Allow marinating for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat the 3 Tbsp mustard oil on a nonstick pan. Spread the marinated fish on oil on low to medium flame.

* Step 4

After 8 to 10 minutes flip them and fry the other side of the fish which will take 5 to 7 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve the delicious masala fish fry with steamed rice and dal.
