Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix lemon juice and water. Bring it to boil the milk on a heavy bottomed pan. Switch off the flame, add lemon juice little at a time to cuddle the milk for soft chenna.
* Step 2
Wash the chenna on a colander and tied up in muslin cloth for 30 minutes to remove extra whey.
* Step 3
Transfer the chenna on a plate and mash for 7 minutes.
* Step 4
Heat a non-stick pan and add chenna. Mix the sugar powder, cardamom powder and stir roast continuously for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 5
Turn off the flame add transfer chenna to a plate. Allow to cool. Place small amount of chenna in the mould and make all sandesh in this way. Serve the delicious sandesh to your family and friends on Deepawali.
