Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix salt, oil to wheat flour to get crumbled like flour. Add grated lauki and rest other ingredients to make paratha dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Divided dough into 4 balls. With a roll-pin make round like roti.
* Step 3
Divided dough into 4 balls. With a roll-pin make round like roti.
* Step 4
Cut in strips and roll 3-4 strips to make ball as shown in photo.
* Step 5
Roll again the balls into to paratha shapes as you like. Roast both sides with medium to low heat with ghee and serve with curry. I served with matar paneer curry.
