Mixed Veg Dry Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a deep pan. Saute garlic and carrots.
* Step 2
Add onion wedges, green chillies and saute till soften.
* Step 3
Mix to the deep pan bell peppers and mushrooms. Then add tomato chunks, salt.
* Step 4
Now mix corns and green peas. Saute till tomatoes are soft. Switch off the flame and add crushed pepper and roasted cumin powder.
* Step 5
Mix well with light hand and keep the dry curry crunch but cooked. Serve hot with garam garam Phulkas.
