Dhokla With Pizza Twist

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix idli batter, besan, onion powder, garlic granule, chilli powder, turmeric. Add water to make the batter for dhokla.
* Step 2
Mix the chopped and veggies and salt well with batter.
* Step 3
Now add basil, pizza seasonings, lemon juice and eno fruit salt. Activate eno with 1 tsp water. Mix well the batter.
* Step 4
Grease the tin. Heat water in a deep pan. Keep a stand.
* Step 5
Add the dhokla pizza batter to the greased tin. Tap to release air bubbles. Sprinkle chilli flakes on batter.
* Step 6
Cover the tin and steam the batter on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Check inserting knife.
* Step 7
To make tadka heat oil. Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle. Add hing, curryleaves, green chillies and sesame seeds. Saute on low heat. Add a cup of water,salt and sugar.
* Step 8
Add this tadka to chopped dhokla pizza. Serve and enjoy the heathy and delicious breakfast.
