Green Chutney(with Apple)
Green apple has many health benefits. One of them is the presence of a compound in green apple, named as Pectin. Pectin acts as prebiotic to promote healthy bacteria that help
in breaking the food particles more efficiently. Moreover, green apples high in fibres and help indigestion. My son loves only apples. So I usually add other fruits with apple to make chutney and it becomes easier to serve to him as spread on bread, with steamed rice, paratha.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee, add cumin seeds and peppercorns, and allow to crackle them.
* Step 2
Add chopped green apple and mix well.
* Step 3
Add salt, roasted cumin seeds, and chopped dates and mix, not to be cooked.
* Step 4
Allow to cool and shift to grinder chutney jar. Add pomegranate arils, green coriander, ginger powder, and lemon juice. Grind to fine and smooth paste. Yummy green apple chutney is ready to Serve.
