Cinnamon-Hibiscus Tea
Cinnamon-Hibiscus tea is a popular Mexican beverage. This tea is amazingly refreshing and can be taken hot or cold. Honey or sugar can be added to sweeten the tea.
Cinnamon is a warm spice that is preferred in the cold season or when there is a change of season. Both cinnamon and hibiscus have numerous health benefits.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take water in a saucepan, add hibiscus flower petals, cinnamon powder and allow to boil.
* Step 2
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tea for about 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Remove from heat, keep covered, and let it infused for few minutes.
* Step 4
Strain and add honey. Drink hot/cold and enjoy.
