Oats Upma
There are two kinds of oats available in market. The regular rolled oats and quick or instant cook oats. You can use anyone that is available or with you. A bowl of oatmeal and milk is the best healthiest breakfast to start the day. But many people don't like oats porridge. Try to make masala oats or oats upma. It's delicious and easy and prepared in 15 minutes and healthy also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast oats on a pan on low heat, till the changes to light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadhai. Add ponch phutan and allow to crackle.
* Step 3
Then add curry leaves, cashews and fry for 30 seconds, add both dals, peanuts, hing and saute for a minute.
* Step 4
Add onion, green and red chillies, grated ginger and saute till onions are translucent.
* Step 5
Add the carrot, peas and sweet corns. Mix well after adding salt, sugar and pav bhaji masala.
* Step 6
Next mix the tomatoes and half a bowl of water. Cover and allow to boil till tomatoes softened.
* Step 7
Mix the roasted oats and saute lightly till all water is absorbed. Garnish with green coriander. Hot, delicious and healthy Instant Oats Upma is ready to serve with green tea.
