* Step 1
Preheat the microwave oven to 175 ℃ and grease the baking pan.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl, take a mashed ripe banana. Add the olive oil to the mashed bananas.
* Step 3
Mix the baking soda, baking powder, curd, sugar and vanilla extract, and flour. Mix well
* Step 4
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven. I needed 25 minutes to bake the bread. It could be known only when a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
