Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice and moong dal in water for 30 minutes. Then discard the water.

* Step 2

Add 3 cups of water, bring to boil. Add salt and jaggery powder. Mix well.

* Step 3

Add 3 cups of water, bring to boil. Add salt and jaggery powder. Mix well.

* Step 4

Now add soaked rice and dal and pressure cook for two whistles. Allow releasing pressure naturally. Serve hot and enjoy.
