Teriyaki Tofu

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the teriyaki sauce, mix all ingredients (except the corn starch and 2 tbsp water).
* Step 2
Toast the sesame seeds and keep them aside.
* Step 3
Bring to boil the teriyaki sauce, continuously stirring. When it comes down to half add corn starch and cold water mix, to make the sauce thicker. So teriyaki sauce is ready now.
* Step 4
Marinate the tofu pieces with soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. I boiled the vegetables in a microwave oven. Take a pan and heat oil. Add the marinated tofu to the pan and cook on low to medium flame from all sides.
* Step 5
Add 1 tbsp or more teriyaki sauce with the tofu pieces and coat well from all sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot teriyaki tofu with boiled vegetables garnishing the toasted sesame seeds.
