Bamboo shoots are used as a potential food in Nagaland, Assam, Jhadkhand, Goa and Western part of Odisha. Bamboo shoot is eaten as curry with veggies, amazing pickles from Assam and soup from bamboo shoots. It contains high protein content, amino acids, vitamins A, vitamin B6 ,vitamin E and good amount of thiamine and niacin.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well.
* Step 2
Make cutlets. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry in medium flame, both the sides of cultures. Serve hot.
