Chocolate Brownie (no eggs)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I baked the brownie in a pre-heated kadhai with 1 cup of salt spread at the base. Grease butter/oil on baking pan and spread the butter paper.
* Step 2
Sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and place in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar p and mix well.
* Step 3
Take melted butter and curd in a mixing bowl and mix with a wired whisker. Mix vanilla essence to the mixture.
* Step 4
Add the flour mixture in batches to the curd mixture and whisk lightly just to mix well. Don't overdo the mixing. Add the chocolate chips and mix with the batter.
* Step 5
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake on medium to low heat for 40-50 minutes.
* Step 6
Bring down and cool totally the chocolate brownie before de-moulding and cutting with a sharp knife to 8 pieces and serve.
