Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make chutney, take all the ingredients written above in a grinder jar. Add 2 Tbsp water and grind to paste. Chutney is ready now.
* Step 3
For dal palak dosa batter, take the ingredients mentioned above, in a grinding jar.
* Step 4
Add water little at a time, to make smooth batter with medium consistency. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Grease a griddle. Spread a ladle of batter as well as tomatoes, onion also
* Step 6
Drizzle a drop of oil on the dosa. Flip the dosa after 2 minutes. Cook in medium to low flame.
* Step 7
Cook the other side of the dosa also. Serve hot with groundnut chutney.
