Khaman/Dhokla with Idli batter

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix well idli batter with ingredients up to turmeric powder. Add lemon juice and baking soda and 1 Tbsp water. Mix well in the batter in one direction. The batter will get fluffy.
* Step 2
Transfer to a greased baking mould. Sprinkle chilli flakes. Tap twice and put in the steamer for 20 minutes.
* Step 3
De-mould the idli khaman and allow to cool. Cut into pieces.
* Step 4
To make tempting heat oil in a pan. Add rai and allow to splutter. Add idli podi and cut pieces of idli khaman. Fry them on low heat and ensue that each piece is evenly coated with the masala. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
