1/8 tsp

baking soda

as per taste

boondi

1 1/2 tsp

chat masala

as per required

Chopped Coriander leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the ingredients of boondi to make the batter with flowing consistency. Rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wide pan. Drop batter to hot oil with boondi maker or jhara. I used rice cooking spoon.

* Step 3

Cook boondi on medium heat till become crispy and deep yellow colour. Keep the boondi in paper towel.

* Step 4

To make boondi chaat mix all the chopped ingredients with fresh crispy boondi and serve the delicious savoury dish.
