French Beans and Potato Fry with Onions
I would like to thank the author Ms. Sushree Satapathy for the wonderful recipe. I also tried with a bit change
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix turmeric with chopped beans and potatoes and cook in microwave for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil, add ponch ptutan and allow to splutter. Add half cooked beans and potato and fry further adding salt as needed.
* Step 3
When cooked, add dry ginger powder, pepper and chaat masala and mix well. Cook covered for two minutes on low flame.
* Step 4
Garnish with fried onion, fried fresh chili and green coriander. Serve hot with roti/rice
